DESCRIPTION:Same places\, different spaces - ASCILITE 2009\, the 26th conf
 erence in the series\, is in Auckland City\, Aotearoa New Zealand for only
  the second time in the history of the Society. A Committee from the Unive
 rsity of Auckland and Auckland University of Technology is coordinating th
 e event. Both these Universities enjoy a reputation for excellence in teac
 hing and learning with technology. They also have extensive campuses in th
 e centre of Auckland City\, in close proximity to each other. A major cont
 ribution to conference organisation is also being made by staff from Manuk
 au and Unitec Institutes of Technology.
