 rste äthiopische BarCamp statt. Unter dem offiziellen Motto "New Learning
  | New Thinking | New Behavior" sollen Ideen ausgetauscht\, diskutiert und
  neue Kontakte geknüpft werden. Ein BarCamp (BAR = "Beyond All Recognitio
 n") ist eine offene Tagung ohne vorher festgelegte Struktur. Die Veranstal
 tung wird beispielsweise im Rahmen eines web-basierten öffentlichen Wikis
  von der am Thema interessierten Online-Community gemeinsam geplant\, orga
 nisiert und durchgeführt.
