DESCRIPTION:The European Conference on e-Learning (ECEL) has become over t
 he last few years a major event in this field. It traditionally brings tog
 ether both researchers and practitioners whose aim is to explore\, advance
  and improve e-Learning. ECEL welcomes contributions in a variety of areas
  related to e-Learning (as per the call-for-papers)\, from varied groups o
 f people of different perspective\, seeking to bring top research and prov
 en best practices together into one location\, for the purposes of helping
  practitioners find ways to put research into practice\, and for researche
 rs to gain an understanding of additional real-world problems. ECEL will c
 ombine cutting-edge research with practical\, real-life problems in busine
 ss and in society\, in order to advance the state of e-Learning around Eur
 ope. To achieve this goal\, we are inviting researchers and practitioners 
 to present their research findings and new ideas\, and practitioners to de
 monstrate actual products. On behalf of ECEL\, they would like to invite e
 veryone interested in e-Learning\, academics\, researchers and practitione
 rs\, to join them in this beautiful place and participate in this exciting
  event. The call for papers closes on 9 April 2009.
