DESCRIPTION:The 5th International Conference on e-Learning (ICEL-2010) inv

  of work where education and technology intersect. The conference brings t
 ogether varied groups of people with different perspectives\, experiences 
 and knowledge in one location. It aims to help practitioners find ways of 
 putting research into practice and researchers to gain an understanding of
  real-world problems\, needs and aspirations. The 5th Edition of the confe
 rence brings us to the shores of the island  of Penang\, also known as Pea
 rl of the Orient. The conference will be held at the Universiti Sains Mala
 ysia (USM)\, also known as the University in a garden. Registration is now
  open\; Earlybird registration closes on 3 May 2010.
