DESCRIPTION:The DataUp tool helps researchers document\, organize\, preser
 ve\, and share their tabular scientific data. The tool is open source and 
 free to use\, and is available as either an add-in for Microsoft Excel (fo
 r Windows) or a web application (for any operating system). Both the add-i
 n and the web application perform four main tasks: (1) perform a best prac
 tices check to ensure good data organization\, (2) help guide the user thr
 ough creation of metadata for their Excel file\, (3) help the user obtain 
 a unique identifier for their dataset\, and (4) connect the user to a data
