OEB Global has pushed boundaries, challenged preconceptions and catalysed new ideas for shaping the future of digital learning for 24 years. 

At OEB Global, amidst the emerging contours of the future, the aim is to discover learning. Learning as it has never been known before. Learning unleashed. Boundless learning. Learning without limits. The organisers appeal to all practitioners, experts and innovators to lead the discussion on how learning should be reshapeed and rediscovered in an era of rapid change, in which learning will be at the heart of life and work. The event has a unique, cross-sector focus, fostering exchange between the corporate, education and public service sectors.

To connect and collaborate with more than 2.500 global learning professionals from the education, workplace learning and government sectors interested people are encouraged to submit their ideas and share their knowledge, skills, proven practices and innovative approaches via the event's call for proposals. 

OEB's overall theme „Discovering Learning" is accompanied by subthemes which include:

• Frictionless digital learning: engaging learners for action
• New roles and competences of educators, L&D teams and partners
• Evolving learning technologies: EdTech and digital transformation
• Content, knowledge and the mind
• Collecting, protecting and measuring key data
• Closing the skills gap with learning and training

Speakers will be requested to submit their bio, photo, abstract and presentation slides. 

The global, cross-sector conference and exhibition on technology supported learning and training will take place on the  27 - 29, 2019 of November in Berlin.
