USAB 2010: HCI in Work & Learning, Life & Leisure

The topics of the 6th Symposium of the Workgroup HCI&UE of the Austrian Computer Society are structured alongside (but not limited to) the following three dimensions: 1. Special user groups (children, elderly, healthcare professionals, tourists, students, teach-ers…); 2. Issues on practical application of HCI in the work place (process aspects, HCI patterns, cost/benefit analyses…); 3. Future trends in HCI. The Proceedings will be published by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) Series. Authors who have submitted work on e-tourism and related areas and get high ratings are invited to submit an extended version of their submissions to a special issue of Jounal of Information Technology and Tourism (JITT).
