Science and the Internet

Online media have brought about numerous changes in scholarly practices, including, but not limited to, gathering data, finding relevant literature, making research and results accessible, organizing collaboration, communicating with colleagues and students as well as creating fruitful learning environments. The interdisciplinary conference "Science and the Internet" brings together researchers and practitioners from multiple disciplines (e.g. information science, computer science, sociology, communication and media studies, linguistics, education studies, legal studies, etc.) Submission date for Papers and Proposals: January, 31st 2012.
