17.12.2018 | Call for Papers/ParticipationFür die EMOOCs-Konferenz vom 20. bis 22. Mai 2019 in Neapel, Italien, werden noch englischsprachige Beiträge in den Bereichen Research, Experience, Policy, Business und Workshops gesucht. Eingereicht können die Abstracts bis spätestens 25. Februar 2019.
The European MOOCs 2019 stakeholders summit comprises the consolidated format of Research and Experience, Policy and Business tracks, as well as interactive workshops. And will feature keynote speakers, round table and panel sessions as well as individual presentations in each track. The aim is for decision-makers and practitioners to explore innovative and emerging trends in online education delivery, and the strategic policy that supports them. Original contributions that share knowledge and carry forward the debate around MOOCs are very welcome.
Call for Papers: Research Track
This track welcomes high-level papers supported by empirical evidence to provide a rigorous theoretical backdrop to the more practical approaches described in the experience track, and particularly invites contributions in the area of these key trends.

This track welcomes contributions from the different stakeholders involved in the process of developing and teaching MOOCs such as educational technologist, designers, policy makers, managers, practitioners or analysts.

Call for Papers: Policy Track
The focus of the policy track will be on the power of MOOCs, and online education in general, to act as a catalyst for change. Decision-makers at the Institutional, National and European level are invited to contribute with regard to the challenges in Higher Education.

Call for Papers: Business Track
This track enables participants to reflect on changing business models in the HE market, and the way that the different players and their roles coincide and diverge in the provision of CPD and on-the-job training, opportunities for reskilling or upskilling for the lifelong learning sector, and in the creation of branding or marketing initiatives. Contributions would be welcome from universities, corporate players, Foundations, NGOs, SMEs and public organisations who wish to share their experience of MOOC provision.

Workshop proposals
The format and content of any workshop will be decided by its organisers but preference will be given to innovative and interactive approaches that facilitate the exchange of ideas and experiences, and, hopefully, identify opportunities for new collaborations, actions or initiatives in the field of multimedia and online learning.
